- When Gulf families travel (summer and the Eid holidays), with the dates for 2027, so you can plan rates, staffing and offers.
How it works
When: Before you pay
What happens: 20-minute call. We check your rooms and facilities fit.
When: Week 1
What happens: You sign, pay 50%, and fill in a family-facilities checklist (about 30 minutes).
When: Weeks 1 to 3
What happens: Arabic pages, family details, Google profile in Arabic.
When: Week 4
What happens: Arabic replies, agent sheet, season guide, Arabic AI check, handover. You pay the other 50%.
Done within 4 weeks of receiving the checklist. It starts after your Fix is finished, or straight away if your own price already shows on Google.
Gulf families plan summer trips early. To be ready for summer 2027, start by March, or by January if you also need the Direct Booking Fix first.
What we need from you
- Website editor access, the Google profile manager role, the completed family-facilities checklist, and photos of family rooms.
Not included
Arabic for every page of your website, Arabic-speaking staff, travel agency introductions or commissions, and advertising in the Gulf.
Price and payment
$3,200. 50% at signing, 50% at handover.
Before you buy: we check you can offer at least connecting rooms or family rooms. If you can't, we tell you, and you don't buy.

We tell you before you pay, and you don't buy. We check this on the 20-minute call.
Is the Arabic machine translation?
No. It is written and adapted by a native Arabic speaker on our team.
Do you bring me travel agents?
No. Travel agency introductions and commissions aren't included. You get a one-page sheet to send to the agents you work with or meet at trade fairs.
