How we work

Access, data, approvals, languages, payment and guarantees, in one place.

  • Who does the work

    Our small, hands-on team. It has led SEO and digital for 200+ hotels of a global luxury group across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

  • Access

    We ask for user accounts, never your passwords. You can remove them anytime, and we confirm in writing when we've finished.

  • Your prices

    We never change your rates, availability or contracts. You set your direct rate. Anything we change in your booking engine is agreed with you first.

  • Approvals

    Nothing goes live without your OK: texts, review replies, articles and profile changes.

  • Languages

    We write in English and Arabic. Texts in German, French, Italian or Spanish are drafted for your approval before they go live.

  • Data

    We sign a data processing agreement following the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) and the GDPR. We only use your data for your project, and delete our copies when we finish.

  • Payment

    50% at signing, 50% at handover. Care is billed monthly in advance. No hidden fees, and no commission on your bookings.

  • Guarantee

    If your own price isn't showing on Google within 45 days of us sending the connection request to your booking engine, we refund the Google part of the Fix.

  • What we don't promise

    We don't promise a number of extra bookings. We fix what guests see, and show you the numbers every month.
