- Screenshots of your hotel's Google listing on mobile for 2 sample dates. They show whether your own price appears, or only booking sites' prices.
Price comparison
- Your website's price against Booking.com, Expedia and the cheapest other seller shown on Google, for the same 2 dates and the same room type. If someone sells cheaper than you, the report says so.
What AI assistants say about you
- The answers ChatGPT and Google's AI give to 3 guest-style questions, for example "best boutique hotel in [town] for a couple", "does [hotel] have parking?" and "how much is [hotel] in [month]?". Wrong or missing facts are marked.
Booking on a phone
- How many taps and how many seconds it takes to get from your homepage to the payment page on a mobile phone, with the points where guests are likely to give up marked.
Your Google profile
- A score out of 10, based on photos, description, booking link, facilities listed and whether reviews are answered.
Your top 3 fixes
- What to fix first, with an example of the yearly commission you could keep. The example uses your public prices and an assumed occupancy, and both assumptions are printed in the report.
